1. Who provides the service
Condatum is operated by Condatum Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 17540608, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: the contact form. Condatum sells to businesses only. By ordering you confirm that you are acting for a business.
2. What you are buying
Hosting is a monthly service on a server dedicated to your account, located in the EU. Websites are fixed-scope builds. Marketing packages are monthly allocations of design and build credits, used when output is delivered. Unused credits carry into the next month and expire at the end of that month. 3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Monthly services are invoiced in advance. Websites are paid once, at order. Print is invoiced on order confirmation, and delivery is charged separately at checkout according to the destination country.
4. Scope and changes
Website scope is fixed at intake. Images and copy are not included in the website price. Logo and other graphic design are priced separately. Work outside the agreed scope is drawn from a marketing package or quoted separately.
5. Service level
The availability target is 99.5 per cent per calendar month for WordPress hosting and WooCommerce hosting, and 99.9 per cent for WordPress hosting for law firms and for clinics. Law firm and clinic hosting carry a credit if the target is missed: 10 per cent of that month’s fee below 99.9 per cent and at least 99.0 per cent, 30 per cent below 99.0 per cent and at least 95.0 per cent, and 100 per cent below 95.0 per cent. Claims are made within 30 days of the end of the month. We reply to support requests within one working day, or four working hours for law firm and clinic hosting. A working day is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time, excluding public holidays. Downtime caused by your own code, plugins or third-party services, and force majeure, do not count. Backups run every 24 hours and are kept for 30 days.
6. Acceptable use
Condatum hosts lawful business sites for identified clients. The following is not permitted: content or activity unlawful in the EU, the UK or your own country; unsolicited bulk email; malware, phishing and credential harvesting; resale of hosting to third parties without a written agreement; sustained resource use that degrades the service for your own users. We notify breaches in writing and allow 48 hours to remedy, except where immediate suspension is required by law or to protect other clients. We contact you first about resource use.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Hosting, packages and mailboxes run month to month. You can cancel at any time, and the service ends at the close of the paid month. The current month is not refunded. Websites and migrations are refundable in full until work starts. After the build starts, the price remains payable. Credit top-ups are not refundable once issued. Print is made to order and is not refundable once production has begun. Defective print is reproduced at our cost.
8. Data, ownership and export
You own your site, content and data. On request we provide a complete export of your website in standard formats. Servers are located in the EU. A data processing agreement applies where we process personal data on your behalf. It is a separate document.
9. Liability and law
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where the law does not permit such a limit. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
