Marketing packages at a fixed monthly price

A marketing package is the work of a marketing agency, bought as a fixed monthly budget of credits. You choose the size that matches the output your business uses in a month, and every delivered piece draws a set number of credits from it. Nothing is invoiced by the hour and nothing is estimated at month end.

Every output has a fixed credit weight

Each type of output has a fixed credit weight. The weight reflects the design and build time it takes us, so the same job always costs the same credits, whoever asks for it and whenever it is asked.

OutputCredits
Social post (static image, one channel size set)2
Reel or short video (up to 30 seconds, from supplied footage)4
Site change (text, image or layout change on an existing page)2
Newsletter (design and build, your text)8
Flyer, poster or other paper print artwork8
Merchandise artwork (bag, garment, print-ready file for the supplier)8
Landing page (new page on your website, from your brief)20
Monthly video (edited, up to 3 minutes, from supplied footage)40

The schedule applies to every package. A job that fits no row is weighted before work starts, in writing, and you can decline it.

The larger the package, the lower the price per credit

PackagePer monthPer creditA typical month
Marketing package 40€480€12.0012 social posts, 2 reels, 4 site changes
Marketing package 100€1,090€10.9020 posts, 4 reels, 1 landing page, 1 flyer, 2 newsletters
Marketing package 220€2,190€9.9540 or more posts, a monthly video, ongoing print, priority queue

The typical month is an illustration. You decide what the credits go on. A month with no social content and one large landing page is as valid as a month of posts.

Credits are charged on delivery

A credit leaves your package at the moment the output reaches you. A job cancelled before delivery consumes nothing. A correction needed because we misread the brief costs nothing.

Unused credits roll over one month

Credits you do not use in a month carry into the next month and are used first. They expire at the end of that second month. A package is therefore never lost to a quiet month, and a busy month can draw on the quiet one before it.

One active job per discipline holds the price

Your package runs one active social or print job and one active site-change job at a time. Further requests queue in the order received. Work on a request starts within 2 working days. Capacity is planned in advance, which is what lets us hold both the price and the 2-working-day start time.

A top-up covers a month that runs hot

Buy a credit top-up: 10 credits for €120 or 25 credits for €275, valid 60 days, queued with your package work. A top-up is a one-off purchase, not a change to your subscription. If you top up two months running, the next package size up is cheaper per credit.

Included at every size

  • A standing request form, one request per output, so nothing is lost in email.
  • A credit statement with every delivery: credits used, credits left, credits expiring.
  • Design by our in-house designer, so the visual line stays consistent across social, print and site.
  • Print production arranged by us with Standard or Premium printing; production is invoiced at cost plus a handling fee, the package covers the design.

Included in Marketing package 100 and 220

  • The quarterly marketing review: a founder-led session on what your website captured, what it missed and what to reallocate, built on your own analytics.
  • Marketing package 220 adds a priority queue: your jobs are started ahead of other packages when capacity is contested.

Check your size: pull last quarter’s marketing invoices and count the delivered outputs. Weight them with the table above and divide the total by three. Up to 40 credits a month, Marketing package 40 covers you; up to 100, Marketing package 100; up to 220, Marketing package 220. Above 220, request a quote.

Questions

How is a package different from an agency retainer?

A retainer buys time and bills for it whether or not anything ships. A package buys finished pieces at published weights, and the credit statement with every delivery shows what each piece cost.

Who does the work?

Social content and print design come from our in-house designer, site changes from the build team. One visual line runs across social, print and site.

What if a job fits no row in the table?

It is weighted before work starts, in writing, and you can decline it.

How do I stop a package?

The service runs month to month and ends at the close of the paid month after notice.
