This agreement applies where Condatum processes personal data on your behalf, for example on WooCommerce hosting, law firm hosting and clinic hosting, and on any website that stores customer or patient data. It forms part of the terms and conditions.
Roles
You are the controller. Condatum Ltd is the processor. Condatum processes personal data only on your documented instructions.
Subject matter and duration
Hosting, backup and technical maintenance of your website for the duration of the service. At termination, data is returned or deleted at your choice within 30 days.
Location
All processing takes place on servers in the European Union. No transfer outside the EU or the UK takes place without your written instruction.
Sub-processors
Any change to sub-processors is notified 30 days in advance, with a right to object.
Security
Every customer has their own server. Backups run every 24 hours and are kept for 30 days.
Assistance and audit
Condatum assists with data subject requests, breach notification and impact assessments. You may audit once a year on 30 days’ notice, or appoint an independent auditor.
