Your data stays under European law. Condatum does not use US cloud services for client data.
Where your data is
All processing takes place on servers in the EU. No transfer outside the EU or the UK takes place without your written instruction. This is also set out in the data processing agreement.
Questions
Is EU hosting the same as GDPR-compliant hosting?
EU data residency supports GDPR compliance, which also depends on how you process the data and on a data processing agreement. Condatum provides a data processing agreement where we process personal data on your behalf.
Does a UK company work for data held in the EU?
Yes. Condatum Ltd is registered in England and Wales, and the data itself stays on servers in the EU.
Does Condatum use US cloud services for client data?
No. All processing takes place on servers in the EU.
