Questions
What is the difference between the two production options?
Standard is for volume and internal use, such as staff or event giveaways. Premium is for bags that customers see and carry, for example in a shop. The design price is the same; only the printer is different.
Who designs the artwork?
If you have a marketing package, the artwork is drawn from it at 8 credits as merchandise artwork, per the credit schedule. Otherwise you send a print-ready file.
Can I cancel an order?
Until production begins, yes. Print is made to order and is not refundable once production has started.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery is charged separately at checkout and depends on the destination country.
