How is a marketing package different from an agency retainer?<\/h4>\n

An agency retainer is a monthly fee for an agreed amount of an agency’s time. A marketing package is also a monthly fee, but it buys credits for pieces of work, charged only when each piece is delivered. Every type of work has a fixed credit cost, and the credit schedule<\/a> is public and the same for every client.<\/p>\n

What is the quarterly marketing review?<\/h4>\n

A session with the founder each quarter. We look at what your website captured, what it missed and where to move budget, using your own analytics instead of platform reports. Included in this package. Sold separately for \u20ac750.<\/p>\n

What does the priority queue mean in practice?<\/h4>\n

If several clients are waiting for the same designer or builder, your job starts first.<\/p>\n

What happens if I need more in a month?<\/h4>\n

Buy a credit top-up<\/a>: 10 credits for \u20ac120 or 25 credits for \u20ac275. Top-up credits are valid for 60 days and queued with your package work.<\/p>\n

What if I use less?<\/h4>\n

Unused credits roll over one month and are used first. A quiet month is never lost; it expires only at the end of the following month.<\/p>\n

Who supplies the material?<\/h4>\n
