It forms part of the terms and conditions.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roles<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are the controller. Condatum Ltd is the processor. Condatum processes personal data only on your documented instructions.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subject matter and duration<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hosting, backup and technical maintenance of your website for the duration of the service. At termination, data is returned or deleted at your choice within 30 days.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Location<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All processing takes place on servers in the European Union. No transfer outside the EU or the UK takes place without your written instruction.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sub-processors<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any change to sub-processors is notified 30 days in advance, with a right to object.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every customer has their own server. Backups run every 24 hours and are kept for 30 days.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assistance and audit<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Condatum assists with data subject requests, breach notification and impact assessments.
